A. Coaching & Quiz Data
When you complete our Evaluation Protocol (Quiz) or apply for coaching, we collect:
Identity Data: Name, Age, Gender.
Contact Data: Email address, WhatsApp number.
Physical Data: Weight, height, activity level, dietary habits, and fitness goals.
Health Data: Injuries or medical conditions relevant to training (e.g., “previous shoulder injury”).
Why: This data is essential to design your customized training and nutrition program. It is treated with strict confidentiality.
B. Payment & Transaction Data
When you purchase a plan via our Checkout:
We collect transaction details (Plan selected, amount paid, payment method).
Media Uploads: If you choose to pay via Vodafone Cash or InstaPay, you may be asked to upload a screenshot of your payment receipt.
Note: These images are stored securely and used only to verify your payment. They are deleted or archived securely once verification is complete.
C. Media & Progress Photos
As a coaching client, you may voluntarily submit “Check-in” photos to track your progress.
Security: These photos are stored securely and are accessible only by your coach (Captain M3ta team).
Privacy: We will never publish or share your transformation photos on social media without your explicit, written consent.
3. Marketing, Tracking & Cookies (Ad Compliance)
We use standard tracking technologies to improve our website and deliver relevant content.
A. Cookies
If you visit our login page or checkout, we set temporary cookies to save your login info and screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days; screen options cookies last for a year.
B. Third-Party Tracking (Pixels)
