1. General information only

The information provided by Ascension and Captain M3TA is for general educational and coaching purposes.

It is designed to support training, nutrition habits, movement quality, recovery, and lifestyle improvement.

It should not be treated as a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, emergency care, or an in-person assessment by a qualified healthcare provider.

2. Not emergency medical care

Our website, app, and coaching communication are not emergency services.

If you experience chest pain, severe shortness of breath, fainting, severe dizziness, sudden weakness, severe injury, serious allergic reaction, or any urgent medical symptoms, stop immediately and contact emergency services or a qualified medical provider.

Do not wait for a coaching response in an emergency.

3. Online coaching has limits

Online coaching can be useful, but it has limitations.

We may not be able to fully assess your movement, pain, injuries, technique, medical history, or environment remotely.

Even where physiotherapy knowledge is used, online guidance does not always replace an in-person physical examination, diagnosis, or treatment plan.

You are responsible for seeking in-person medical or physiotherapy care when needed.

4. Exercise risk

Exercise involves risk.

Possible risks include soreness, fatigue, muscle strain, joint irritation, injury, dizziness, or other physical issues.

You should train within your ability, use safe equipment, follow instructions carefully, and stop if something feels wrong.

You should not train through sharp pain, unusual symptoms, or movements that feel unsafe.

5. Medical conditions and injuries

Before starting or continuing a program, speak with a qualified healthcare provider if you have:

  • A current or previous injury.
  • Heart disease or chest pain.
  • High blood pressure.
  • Diabetes.
  • Pregnancy or recent childbirth.

  • Severe or persistent pain.

You are responsible for telling us about any relevant condition, injury, medication, limitation, or change in your health.

6. Nutrition disclaimer

Nutrition guidance provided through Ascension is for general coaching and habit-building purposes.

It is not medical nutrition therapy.

It is not intended to treat, diagnose, cure, or prevent any disease.

If you have allergies, digestive disorders, diabetes, kidney disease, heart disease, eating disorder history, pregnancy, breastfeeding needs, or any medical nutrition concern, consult a qualified doctor or dietitian before following nutrition advice.

You are responsible for checking ingredients, allergies, food safety, and suitability for your own health.

We do not guarantee specific results.

Fat loss, muscle gain, strength improvement, pain reduction, health improvement, confidence, or body composition changes vary between individuals.

Your outcome depends on many factors, including consistency, effort, sleep, stress, nutrition, genetics, medical history, training history, schedule, and adherence.

Any testimonials, reviews, success stories, or transformation photos are examples only. They are not promises of what you will achieve.

Ascension aims to support healthier, stronger, and more confident living.

Our content is not intended to shame your body, create fear, or encourage extreme dieting.
